Cardio to lose weight five months did i hit a standstill!?

i. I am doing the eliptical 550 to 600 per day for 6 six days and on atkins i just started last week. . I only drink one shot of vodka in the shot gl but looks like i may have to stop that as well. I am 247 pounds and i already lost 60 pounds so i am wondering if i increase my cardio to the 550 to 600 calories a day will i be able to lose the 47 pounds by the end of december??. I am definately dropping inches that is definate but no pounds!!! I just stopped the weights last week because i am wondering if the weights are not helping and adding!! I was using the weights at the gym machines not dumbells so sometimes the legs i may use 70 pounds and the arms 40 to 50 depending on the days and i was adding more weights ( I found out i can lift now at first i couldnt do anything!) but i noticed no weight lost after three weeks! (i found out i was suppose to use light weights??). Great!! . This week i am really watching my carb intake as i noticed this morning now i am back at 247 when yesterday i was at 245. (I ate a couple of pieces of bread which was a no no!!) last year i could eat a couple of pieces of bread in the middle of the week and still lose weight now it seems like the minuete i eat a piece of whole wheat bread i go back to 247!!!!!,. How long does a pleauteau last and how much more cardio do i need to do to besure i lose the 47 pounds. I am at the gym at least 2 hours and i move the resistance level as well i go about maybe 4 days a week and now i am going to increase to six days. . I am 43 years old and i would like to be at least 200 by the end of december!! I noticed for three weeks inches definately but no pounds!!)
