How do I make him like me?

Ok there's this really cute guy that i know and my friend told him i like him and supposedly he made an ewww face at me but idk if he did or not cuz i didnt see it. I'm also like really good friends with his dad cuz we're both in band and his dad is one of the teachers so i talk to him all the time. So i was wondering if anyone has any ideas to make him like me?
