I tried thinking how to solve this problem but I cant. Is there a kindhearted soul out there to help me,please?

Your sisters are living in the house and should be paying the rent. Lending or giving money to your sisters is fine for emergencies - it is great to have family to help out. But you have a family of your own now and you have to provide for them - unless you are making tons and tons of money you cant be also supporting a grown sister. You also are not really helping your sister by lending her money - she needs to support herself because that is what adults do.
