How could i make or purchase a cheap immersion style heater that would be able to boil a sinkfull of water?

im looking for something that goes with a 110 plug not a heater element from an electric boiler for 2 reasons first f all most of them run on 240 but secondly i want something that will be able to be plugged in to a wall outlet without me doing the wiring myself unles u have a way how to make it in a water proof manner
