What are some fun and cheap things to do in Myrtle Beach?

I'm going for spring break with a friend. We're not into partying, clubbing, etc., and we're on a budget. What are some fun, low-cost or free things we could do? (We're both fairly athletic and into offbeat stuff; planning to do some geo-cashing, maybe go to that alligator place, and go flatwater kayaking.)
