What should i expect on my diet?

I'm 16, im not fat. at all. im about 130 pounds and 5'4" and semi muscly. i have a little baby pooch on my lower tummy, small love handles, and a little extra on my thighs. i want to lose 10 POUNDS OF FAT. my goal weight is 110. but after im done losing weight i want to gain muscle weight... im doing the Atkins diet. so today i started it, and for breakfast i had one egg, 2 slices of deli turkey. I work at a Subway so for lunch i had a salad with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, cubers, and banana peppers, and green peppers. i also drank A LOT of water all day long. dinner will consist of a roasted chicken . with some spinach. i also ran 2 miles uphill after lunnch. what can i expect in about 2 to 3 weeks?
