Halladay trade possibilities?

In order to get Halladay the Blue Jays are asking for a lot of prospects. Something like 3 or 4 very good prospects so i don't know if the angels have the farm system to make that kind of offer. It is probably the same with San Diego because they don't have the pay roll and Peavy along with Gonzales are the 2 guys getting the most money on that team.
