After balancing the imbalanced hormones can my excessive body hair stop growing ?

I'm 17 year old and have been having imbalanced hormones since I was born.This is hereditary .Though I've found out natural ways and with YOGA to cure this imbalance.But the query is after balancing these hormones ,will the excessive hair growth stop ? And if I wax up all hair,would they grow back ??
