Conceiving with Early menopause...is it possible?

I have been told by a specialist i may be going thru early menopause at 30. Im still waiting for results to come back to confirm. She has put me on tablets for my thyroid as it is overactive. I have a family history of early menopause, both my nana and aunt went thru it but both went on to have children. Im gettin married next yr and my life was suppose to start so this is devastating but ive heard it can be delayed if caught in time or still have children in the beginning of the menopause. Has anyone had experience of this and gone on to have children. I just need peace of mind thats all. Thanx!
