Heart Attack and Chest Pain?
Do you know how to take your own pulse? It's pretty easy. Google it and learn how to do it. Once you know how many beats per minute your heart should be beating (usually 60-90 beats per minute is average) anything lower or higher might help you determine if you have something going on with your heart that is not right. It's a tool that's good to know that helps in some conditions. Do you have a regular doctor you can call to discuss these symptoms with? You need to close your eyes and when you feel these symptoms, try to describe EXACTLY what they feel like. Most patients don't know how to explain what their symptoms feel like well enough to make the doctor understand what exactly they are feeling. (what kind of sensation? what kind of pain? what does it feel like? ) Google all your symptoms online and say diagnose my symptoms. See if you can get any help there. I want to mention that when you are having these symptoms, go to the ER or to a clinic or office where they have an EKG machine so that they can see what's going on while it is happening. It doesn't show up when it isn't happening. You need to have an EKG while this is going on in order for them to see what is going on with your heart.
