Is it a cold or is it pneumonia?

It sounds like it could very well be pneumonia but really your doctor is the only one who can tell you for sure. Regardless of whether it is pneumonia or bronchitis you need medical attention. Maybe your doctor can squeeze you in tomorrow morning, if not you should go to the ER. Don't mess around when it comes to your lungs.
