Possession with intent to deliver charges in Arkansas?

My X called me said him and my cousin and some other guy got picked up in Arkansas last sunday on possession with intent to deliver charges. My X already has a warrant for possession charges in the state of LA (for weed both cases) He has someone going to pay his bond but he can't get a co signer if he doesnt get a co signer how long could he been in for?
