Swine flu cough 4 weeks later while pregnant?

Onset of swine flu 4 weeks ago, all symptoms went away on time except dry cough with clear lungs. I'm 16 weeks pregnant now and wondering if anyone else with a suppressed immune system has had this cough and how long it lasted? It is not pneumonia or bronchitis and I contracted it from my OBGYN office so I'm not going back for another exposure to something else so don't say GO TO DR.
