Will going from 195-60 R14's to 185-60-R14's cause any problems with my 91 honda prelude?

Not at all. Your just going less wider from 195 to 185. It will not give you any problem especially in the ride. I think the only difference is less traction of course coz of a less wider tires. Hope this help!
