Diet Problem. HELP PLEASE!!!!!?
OK so I am on a diet like most women in the world do. they stay strict on their det during the week and splurge durin g the weekend. And i do that and everything but during the week after a while I feel deprived of my favorites(chocolates). I was on my way to school and I saw a mini snickers bar and reees cup (you know those really small ones they r bite sized) well i had one of each of those, a half a brownie and then a vitamuffin(which i guess is healthy for you but it still feels like i totally splurged) someone help me and give me exersises that i can do to burn this off at home because i cnnot go the gym(long story)
